March is Women’s History Month. We honor the brave women who paved the way for future generations of women to thrive. Their advocation for equity and systemic change allowed me to take charge of my own destiny, and serve others through kindness and a personalized experience.

Empowered Transit is proud to be a certified Woman Owned Small Business. We will continue to honor those amazing women by teaching little girls that there are no “predominantly male jobs”. 👊🏻💥

We don’t want to cancel your transport. We wake up early and grapple for hours about the decision. We are not only in charge of your safety, but ours as well.

It’s not always just about road conditions. We are pushing 150 - 600 pounds up a metal ramp in poorly prepared parking lots. We are sliding these wheelchairs around unsalted and slick sidewalks, and navigating doorways with no handicap entry.

We don’t want to cancel, but when we do…we promise it’s for everyone’s safety.
