Happy EMS Week to all of our CARE Ambulance staff, as well as any former crew members who have been part of the CARE family over the years! 🚑💙

This week is all about recognizing the hard work, long hours, dedication, and compassion that EMS providers give every single day. We are thankful for every EMT, Paramedic, Dispatcher, Wheelchair Driver, Billing team member, Mechanic, and support staff member who helps keep CARE moving 24/7.

We are excited to celebrate this week with meals, gift bags, and appreciation for our crews, and we also want to thank everyone who has already dropped off treats and goodies for our staff. Your support means so much to our team.

At CARE Ambulance Service, we are especially thankful for the mothers on our team who balance long shifts, late nights, missed holidays, and caring for others every single day. Your compassion, strength, and dedication do not go unnoticed.

3 nights a week, consistent schedule
Night differential

🚑 EMT / Medic – Nights (FT)
Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thurs
Week 2: Sun, Tues, Wed
1900–0700
Night differential

🚑 EMT / Medic – Rotating (FT)

Week 1:
Mon & Tues 0900–2100
Sat 0700–1900

Week 2:
Sun 0700–1900
Thurs & Fri 0900–2100

🚨 Happy National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week! 🚨

This week, we recognize the voices behind the scenes who keep everything moving, our dispatchers.
At CARE Ambulance, we are incredibly lucky to have two dedicated individuals who keep our operations running smoothly every single day.

💛 Kim, our weekday dispatcher, is the steady voice our crews rely on. From coordinating calls to keeping communication clear and consistent, she keeps the weekdays running without missing a beat.

💛 Lindsay, our weekend dispatcher, steps in to manage some of our busiest and most unpredictable times. She keeps things organized, responds quickly, and ensures our crews have what they need when it matters most.

Dispatch is not an easy job. It takes patience, focus, and the ability to handle constant change, all while supporting crews in the field.

Kim and Lindsay, thank you for everything you do. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and CARE would not run without you.

Starting today, all non emergent transports will now include:
• Reclining leather seating
• Complimentary snacks and drinks
• Netflix and WiFi during transport
• Mood lighting for a more relaxing ride
