If you see our new smile-mobiles on the roads between Somerset West and Stellies- give us a wave! They're also jam-packed with all the safety features that you have come to know and love about Shubbles. And driven by the world's best drivers 🤩

Today, one of our little bubbles of happiness was in a prang on Main Road in SW 😔

The details of the event are not important right now, what is important are 3 fundamental things-

1. Nobody was hurt
2. We had no passengers on board
3. The value of Shubble became immediately apparent. Because things go wrong sometimes- and it's how we react that counts. When the 💩 hit the tar today- our offices were immediately alerted by our tech on board... within 4 minutes, 3 ambulances were on the scene - also alerted by our tech on board and dispatched just as a precaution... within 5.5 minutes our Guardian and two other Shubble cars were on the scene- assisting where they could and clearing the scene as efficiently as possible.
Our on board cameras also recorded the whole event and our 5-star safety rating kept our bubble perfectly intact on the inside.

We are grateful that this was not a more serious event- but also in awe to have witnessed how our emergency procedures fall into place when needed and how our cocoon of safety and support unfolded around our car and our driver today.

Be safe out there. I know we always are. And when the unforeseeable happens, I am absolutely satisfied that our cars, our tech and our contingencies keep our cocoons and our promise to you- solid.

And that's the Shubble promise.

"Shubble is now the only shuttle service I use. Service is unmatched. It’s amazing to have a driving service where I don’t have to spare a thought to safety – I’ve been introduced to and know the drivers. Speaking of which, the drivers are exceptional! Honestly, Sedick, Jason and Fawaaz feel more like private chauffeurs. I also really appreciate it that the drivers let you feel comfortable to just sit back and scroll your phone while you're being driven – there’s no need to force small talk after a long day of work. My commute essentially is a time to chill out, which I would not have had if it wasn’t for Shubble.

Also, the WhatsApp line is wonderful! It’s an actual person, not a chatbot, and I have been able to contact them at any time of the day! Once I sent a message accidentally and deleted it and the they still replied to ask whether everything was alright – I appreciate the care, thoughtfulness and courtesy immensely."
