Kazerne taxi holding facillity is now closed and the some 500 taxi's have been rellocated to D Block a long distance holding rank. The facility has 6 toilets and 6 showers. There are ongoing meetings with the taxi associations in terms of leases and payment. The cooking mama's at the facility have leases & smart cards. The sight of this rank from the top level of Metro Mall is impressive. Block D across the way from Metro Mall is also known as "Car Street". I hope soon to upload photos of this rank.
