Responsibilities of this Post:
Receive and collect forms for data capturing.
Identify missing data, inconsistencies and errors and follow-up.
Capture confidential information according to the SOPs.
Report on missing data or errors.
Data administration.
Compare data entered with source documents and make necessary corrections on captured information.

Requirements of this Post:
Grade 12 with basic computer and typing skills are essential.
Thorough with good attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.

PRASA railway is currently seeking 20x Cleaners to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

· Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

· Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

· Make adjustments and minor repairs

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff

· Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

· Proven working experience as a Cleaner

· Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

· Integrity

· High school

Expected Start Date: 2021/11/10

Security Guard - PRASA RAILWAY - PSIRA Certified

The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

CANDIDATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Trained Grade C security officer with diploma (PSIRA REGISTERED)

Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

Work experience:

1 - 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position

Other:

Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols

Integrity and professionalism

Tasks (include but not limited to):

Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment

Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

Act lawfully in direct defence of life or property

Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences

Report in detail any suspicious incidents

Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates

Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
