Chuẩn bị chứng từ: Soạn thảo, kiểm tra và xử lý các chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu như vận đơn (B/L), phiếu đóng gói (packing list), hóa đơn thương mại (commercial invoice) và bảng kê hàng hóa (cargo manifest).

Thông quan: Chuẩn bị hồ sơ khai báo hải quan, kiểm tra chuyên ngành và đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định pháp luật liên quan.

Điều phối lô hàng: Liên hệ với hãng tàu, đơn vị giao nhận (forwarder) và các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ logistics để đặt chỗ, nhận pre-alert và theo dõi tiến độ lô hàng.

Quản lý dữ liệu: Cập nhật thông tin lô hàng trên hệ thống quản lý logistics một cách chính xác và kịp thời.

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực logistics, giao nhận vận tải hoặc chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu.

Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Create, verify, and process import/export documents such as Bills of Lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices, and cargo manifests.
Customs Clearance: Prepare documentation for customs declaration, specialized inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Shipment Coordination: Contact shipping lines, forwarders, and logistics vendors to arrange bookings, obtain pre-alerts, and track cargo milestones.
Data Management: Update logistics management systems with accurate shipment data in real-time.
Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries on shipment status and resolving issues.
Compliance: Ensure all documents meet local and international regulations, including payment statuses and credit terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping documentation.

Căng thẳng giữa Mỹ / Israel – Iran đang bắt đầu tác động rõ rệt đến chuỗi vận tải quốc tế, đặc biệt trên các tuyến Middle East và Red Sea.

Theo các cập nhật mới nhất từ carriers và airlines mà Everbest nhận được:

Sea Freight

Nhiều hãng tàu đã bỏ chuyến (blank sailing) đi Middle East hoặc toàn tuyến Middle East / Red Sea

Áp dụng War Risk Surcharge (WRS) khoảng USD 1,500 / 3,000 per container

Một số tuyến khác như India Subcontinent cũng bắt đầu tăng giá cước đồng loạt

Air Freight

Nhiều airlines đã tạm dừng các chuyến bay đi Dubai và một số sân bay Trung Đông để chờ cập nhật tình hình

Hiện chỉ còn một số hãng như GA, SV...vẫn duy trì khai thác từ Việt Nam

Tình hình thực tế từ thị trường

Theo thông tin từ carriers (WHL), khoảng 60% khách hàng đã rút hàng khỏi các chuyến tàu gần nhất đi Trung Đông

Nhiều lô hàng phải kéo hàng về, phát sinh chi phí lưu kho, lưu bãi và huỷ tờ khai

Một số lô hàng đang trên tàu hoặc tại transshipment port có thể bị áp thêm WRS ngoài dự kiến

🇬🇧 Market Update | Middle East Situation & Impact on Global Logistics

The rising tensions between the US / Israel and Iran are beginning to impact global logistics, particularly on routes serving the Middle East and the Red Sea region.

Based on the latest updates received by Everbest from carriers and airlines:

Sea Freight

Several carriers have started blank sailing services to the Middle East or the entire Middle East / Red Sea region

War Risk Surcharge (WRS) has been introduced at approximately USD 1,500 / 3,000 per container

Other routes such as the India Subcontinent are also seeing simultaneous freight rate increases

Air Freight

Many airlines have suspended flights to Dubai and several Middle Eastern airports while waiting for further updates on the situation

Currently, only a limited number of carriers such as GA and SV...continue operating these routes from Vietnam

Market Observations

According to carrier updates (WHL), around 60% of customers have withdrawn cargo from the nearest sailings to the Middle East

Many shipments have had to be pulled back, resulting in additional costs such as warehouse storage, yard charges, and customs declaration cancellation

Shipments already on board or at transshipment ports may also face unexpected WRS surcharges
