𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 | 𝐏𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 & 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of pharmaceutical products (air, sea, road).
- Review shipping documents and monitor shipment status, proactively manage delays.
- Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products (2–8°C, 15–25°C, -20°C, dry ice, LN2).
- Ensure operation is compliant with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and company SOPs.
- Review temperature monitoring data and investigate excursions when required.
- Support audits and inspections
- Support stock control of PCM cold packaging and cold room supplier, perform conditioning of the PCM as per SOPs
- Participate in customer meetings and monthly business reviews
𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
· Pharmacy degree preferred
· Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Comfortable working with customers; friendly, proactive and service-oriented.
· Able to work under pressure.

· Salary : Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
· Bonuses : KPI-based performance bonuses, 13th salary.
