👉Mã HS máy tăm nước

➡️ 8424 – Thiết bị cơ khí (hoạt động bằng tay hoặc không) để phun bắn, phun rải hoặc phun áp lực các chất lỏng hoặc chất bột; bình dập lửa, đã hoặc chưa nạp; súng phun và các thiết bị tương tự; máy phun bắn hơi nước hoặc cát và các loại máy phun bắn tia tương tự.

👉 Thuế nhập khẩu máy tăm nước
Khi hàng về đến cảng, doanh nghiệp tiến hành nộp đầy đủ nghĩa vụ thuế để hàng hoá có thể tiến hành thông quan. Máy tăm nước chịu 2 loại thuế khi nhập khẩu: thuế nhập khẩu thông thường và thuế giá trị gia tăng.

✔️ Thuế nhập khẩu thông thường: 37,5%

✔️ Thuế giá trị gia tăng (VAT): 10%

Nếu có giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ từ nước nhập khẩu doanh nghiệp sẽ được hưởng thuế ưu đãi đặc biệt. Do đó, doanh nghiệp có thể yêu cầu người bán cung cấp giấy chứng nhận nguồn gốc xuất xứ (CO) để được hưởng ưu đãi từ thuế.

Phân loại máy tăm nước
Máy tăm nước thuộc sự quản lý của Bộ Y tế, do đó, khi nhập khẩu cần phải phân loại hàng hoá. Mặt hàng này có có phân loại trang thiết bị y tế thuộc loại A. Việc công bố phân loại thiết bị y tế loại A được tiến hành trên hệ thống điện tử của bộ y tế: https://dmec.moh.gov.vn.

👉 Thủ tục nhập khẩu máy tăm nước
Theo quy định tại Nghị định số 69/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 15/5/2018 của Chính phủ thì mặt hàng này không thuộc danh mục hàng cấm xuất khẩu hay hàng xuất khẩu có điều kiện, do đó doanh nghiệp có thể nhập khẩu như hàng hóa thông thường. Khi nhập khẩu cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ, giấy tờ làm thủ tục nhập khẩu máy tăm nước. Hồ sơ hải quan bao gồm:

Lưu ý khi nhập khẩu máy tăm nước
Đối với máy tăm nước khi nhập khẩu cần phải lưu ý những điều sau:

Tuỳ thuộc vào máy tăm nước bạn đang muốn nhập khẩu sẽ chịu thuế giá trị gia tăng khác nhau. Đối với máy tăm nước dùng trong nha khoa sẽ có thuế giá trị gia tăng là 5%
Nên làm thủ tục công bố phân loại thiết bị y tế trước khi nhập khẩu. Tránh tình trạng hàng về rồi mới làm thì sẽ dẫn tới lưu kho lưu bãi. Lưu ý này dành cho máy tăm nước sử dụng trong nha khoa.
Đối với mặt hàng máy tăm nước dùng trong gia đình thì không cần phải làm công bố và phân loại trang thiết bị y tế.
