🚐 Medical Transportation Dispatcher (Full-Time, In-Office)
📍 Whitinsville, MA | Your Ride Inc.
Your Ride Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Medical Transportation Dispatcher to manage daily operations for our growing non-emergency medical transportation company.
This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring patients are transported safely and on time.

🕒 Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💼 Key Responsibilities
Assign and dispatch trips to drivers efficiently
Prepare and send next-day schedules
Confirm driver availability and acceptance
Conduct morning check-ins to ensure on-time starts
Monitor trips throughout the day and adjust as needed
Coordinate backup/float drivers to cover gaps
Communicate with drivers, facilities, and office staff
Maintain accurate scheduling and trip updates

🚨 Operational Flexibility Required
This is primarily a dispatch role; however, in rare emergency situations, the dispatcher may be required to step in and drive to cover critical trips
Must be comfortable supporting operations as needed to maintain service reliability
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and be eligible to be insured under the company policy

✅ Qualifications
Strong communication and coordination skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems, email, etc.)
Dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred (not required)

💰 Position Details
W-2 employee
In-office position (not remote)
No health benefits at this time
Training provided
