Right tooling is a must on rear ends! presses to make sure bearings are ALL the way on, measuring pinion depth (reused factory gear set so oem shims were still on point) measure backlash and check preload after setting crush sleeve with in/lb torque wrench. My custom carrier preload extension worked perfect, weā€™re within spec on all aspects.

ZF9.25 is ready to rock again with no howling šŸ«¶šŸ¼
