We strive to go above and beyond for all of our customers, whether it’s a big job or small job, everyone receives 100% of our work ethic, respect, and understanding. However, sometimes that doesn’t work out in our favor, when you decide to help a customer who has every intention of taking advantage of our efforts. That being said, we would like everyone to know that Kevin Hamilton, a “district manager” for a fast food company has yet to settle the remainder of his bill totaling almost $3000. And this debt is several months past due. This is money we need to pay the bills so we can continue helping others. Money we need to pay our dedicated staff, who use that money to support their families. This is money we would otherwise give back to our hard working employees for their Christmas bonuses, again so that they may be able to provide a little extra to their families to make the holiday season a little more special. But sadly, this person cares only for themself, and has repeatedly avoided phone calls, texts, communication of any kind, to settle this matter. We know that there’s little chance of ever receiving this money owed, and a man is only as good as his word. So we need everyone to be aware of this individual, and we strongly suggest NEVER to do business, or offer assistance, in any way, shape, or form, with this person. We refrain from using the word “man” to identify this person, because in our opinion, he truly isn’t one. And with that, we would sincerely like to thank each and every one of our customers over the last 10 years, a lot of them repeats, for your honesty, loyalty, and respect. And who have offered us their business and allowed us to continue helping families from all walks of life, because we understand that moving is very difficult and stressful, and that’s why we do what we do, to be that helping hand (and sometimes the shoulder to cry on) when it’s most needed. Again, thank you to everyone who has aided in our success, and we look forward to helping customers for another 10 years.
