CDS Transportation was founded as City Delivery Service in 1953 by its current owner and president, John J. Beginning with one straight truck, CDS has evolved into a full truckload carrier utilizing over 22 tractors and more than 100 dry vans and flatbed trailers. CDS Transportation has been serving the Local, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions for over fifty years and will continue to build upon our experience in the transportation industry.

This past Saturday we had our quarterly company safety meeting. We had Randy Dorer from Dorer Transportation Consulting Inc. do Pre Trip and Post Trip Training with us. With Randy's help, everyone was learning and evaluating some of our equipment. Great day to enjoy a good breakfast, and spend some quality time together learning from Randy.
