Collective Bargaining is a Fundamental American Right 🇺🇸

Wisconsin AFL-CIO President Stephanie Bloomingdale issued the following statement on March 28, 2025 on President Trump's executive order stripping collective bargaining and union rights from workers across the federal government:

“The freedom to stand together with our coworkers and collectively bargain with employers is a fundamental American right. No politician, including Donald Trump, has the right to take away our unions. We know an injury to one is an injury to all. The men and women of Wisconsin's labor movement stand in solidarity in support of these fundamental American values. Together, we will resist attacks on our freedoms, our jobs and our union rights.”
