Self-care is defined by you and what makes you feel reenergized and at peace. It is also defined as care to your mental health. Thus, we focus on self-care for mothers of color on their psychological and physiological well-being. We offer support through prenatal and postpartum psychological and substance therapy, advocacy for their medical and psychological care, and linkage of other support services to help with a great pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care. We offer these services in-person or telehealth, and for in-person we offer reliable means of transportation.
