Rand McNally Tripmaker software knowledge but not require

Must be able to multitask
Multiple phone lines
Must Be Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
Reliable transportation
We are Also looking to hire an accounting assistant.
Must have experience with the following
Microsoft Office
Quickbooks
Filing
Answering telephones
Customer service
Contacting to collect payments from customers
Payroll
Must be able to be self-sufficient as well as a team player. Needs to be able to work with little supervision. Willing to always be looking for work to do instead of being told what to do every time.
