Well good afternoon today I wanted to grab more attention to an issue we had last night.
We got pulled over by adot enforcement on a random routine safety inspection the driver wasn’t able to report his stop to office because officer was asking for paperwork and questions we were late to get some passengers that another company hired us to get now all this is happening me the owner had no idea what was going on then I get a call from other company asking where the driver was I am home and didn’t know what he meant so I then called the driver 4-5 times no answer then he finally picks up tells me adot inspection I then knew he wasn’t going to make it. I called main passenger and try to explain to her what the deal was and I can still come in another bus but would be a bit seeing I was home she was clearly intoxicated and went off on me calling me a motherfer and f u this and that so of course I hung up and refunded the money in full to the other company that hired me I tried to help and offered another bus and to be called names and disrespected is not an option I truely am sorry this happened but I couldn’t control it and yes I have gone online to defend my company after all the bad reviews and rants about this situation so from now on in our contract it will be added the knowledge about there might be a time when we get randomly picked for inspection so that can make us late.
