The Quincy Street Station phone lines are repaired! 🎉 The Customer Service number is (785) 783-7000. The emergency number will not be in service when the regular number is working. The phones were out for six days! We thank you for your patience. 📞☎️

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

On Tuesday, May 12th, our fiber optic cables were cut at 2nd and Kansas. We were hoping for it to be restored yesterday, but Quincy Street Station's main phone number is still down.

Please call the Emergency number at (785) 571-2254 if you need to schedule or cancel a ride for the Lift or MOD service. Please share this information to those you know may need it. We have NOT changed our regular phone number, it's just being repaired.

We will announce when our regular phone lines are working again. Thank you!
