Pay is $15 per hour for the 1st 2 weeks
$17 per hour after with $1 raise every 6months until reach $20 per hour.🤩

Ongoing labor shortages mean the ratio of customers to drivers is currently much higher than it should be. Other transport companies also reported the same concern.

Spectrum News spoke with NEMT owners who said the pandemic started the problem, and it has spiraled.

Added to that trouble the increasing cost of gas. It’s hard to find a company who have integrity and is punctual. If you are lucky enough to have a great N.E.M.T provider I suggest to hunker down and keep them says another NEMT owner.

While there are no comprehensive national data about beneficiary use of NEMT (because states are not required to separately report this data), information from one company that provides Medicaid NEMT services in 32 states indicates that the most frequently cited reasons for using NEMT are accessing behavioral health services (including mental health and substance abuse treatment), dialysis, preventive services (including doctor visits), specialist visits, physical therapy/rehabilitation, and adult day health care services.
