Aside from taking our boutique dispatching service very seriously, we focus and commit to spreading great energy, building with others, moving with integrity, and communicating so effectively that the work seems effortless.

• With over 10 years of experience in the transportation & logistics industry, we understand there are plenty of things we cannot control in this business. While we take the necessary measures to do everything we can to maximize results, we also understand that everything will not be perfect and somethings you cannot prepare for. With that being said, it is imperative to focus on the things you do have control over, so when these unforeseen events take place, we are prepared to respond with poise rather than react in panic.

• We have taken our New York roots that yield an aggressive spirit and explosive fire to get things done and mixed it with our Georgia residence to provide an even keel approach to business. IS BECOMING A DISPATCHER JUST A TREND RIGHT NOW?

Many say that the market for truck dispatchers is becoming over-saturated, overly-competitive, & almost pointless to get into. Although there may be SOME truth to these concerns (due to shortages in truck drivers & other factors), we must understand that we cannot control how many people decide to become truck dispatchers or how many carriers will see the great value dispatchers bring to their business.

So what do we focus on? The controllables aka the things we have control of. In the pictures above, gives some advice to a fellow dispatcher emphasizing this approach.

As promised, we will be breaking down each of the 10 suggestions listed in our previous post. The first one starts with the approach we take each day. We call this, Being Fearless!

1. Being Fearless- don’t be afraid to have conversations with strangers. Everyone in the world should know you’re a dispatcher. Don’t be shy about it. In the grocery store? Airdrop your marketing materials. Airport? Same thing. Public bathroom? Same thing, it doesn’t matter where you are or who you are talking to, they should know about your dispatching service!
