Entry Level Pay:
$200 Day Rate While in the Entry Level Program. /w Full Benefits
Training for Entry Level Program will last on average for 6 weeks.

0.67 per mile ( pay raise yearly) - 1650 miles on average
$25 for Live Unload - 22 stops per week on average

Shift: Monday- Friday
Start time varies between 13:00-16:00

Semi-Local position hauling grocery products in a re**er trailer to stores in WA and OR
Deliveries will be at grocery stores
Drivers will have specified routes with the same customers daily
At the receiver, the driver will assist the customer with counting product
100% driver unload with an electric pallet jack and with liftgates and dollies

PAY:
A base pay allotment of $70k will be provided for the expectation of 6 loads per week, broken down to $1,320 Weekly

$170 for each load that follows that the driver can run.
Driver must run 8 loads per week to reach the projected:
W2 of $88,000 a year
$200 promised for drivers when the Pass or Port are closed. (Driver must be in good standing with the account and be available to work that day)
$200 for Holiday Pay (Holidays off are not guaranteed but driver will get Holiday Pay on top of regular pay)
Drivers are off Christmas and Thanksgiving

$1,691 Weekly
$88,000 Yearly

Top performers can make additional money by running more loads per week.
96K can be earned for running 9 loads per week
105K can be earned for running 10 loads per week

TIME OFF/SHIFTS:
Account will operate 5 days a week
(M-F)

Drivers are required to work Saturdays occasionally 1-2 times per month
