We are hiring drivers and need Class A CDL drivers based in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri or Texas. We run newer KW T680s and Pete 579s. We are based in Northwest Arkansas. We run the south and southeast for majority of loads. No west coast and no northeast. Must have a clean mvr and minimum of 2 years experience and at least 25 years old. We a a re**er company so big plus if you have re**er experience. Pay depends on experience and is paid weekly via direct deposit. We are a small family owned company. We are a small company looking for drivers. We do not run the North East. We offer 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. Are trucks are governed at 70 mph, manual transmissions. Most loads out of Arkansas are planned 3-7 days in advance and most loads are pre-loaded to save you the time of loading. You must have 2 years tractor trailer experience or 1 year if you graduated from truck driving school. Must clean MVR and will to work. Starting pay is between .45 and .50 cpm depending on experience. Trucks are assigned and we offer a per diem ( an amount determined by number of days away from home), which helps with expenses you incur such as meals. We offer bonuses for safety and performance as well as passing inspections. Our main routes will keep you between I-15 and I-75 and south of I-80. With most being from Arkansas to IN, Tx, GA, or FL.
