NOW HIRING, WEEKEND DISPATCHER / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Huachuca Shuttle- Locally owned Airport shuttle & taxi company seeking a dependable, fast-paced Weekend Dispatcher to coordinate rides for soldiers between barracks, PX, commissary, & local shops.

Schedule: Sat & Sun 10am-4pm

This is a high-energy position requiring:
• Fast response times
• Excellent phone & texting communication
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong organization skills
• Calm problem-solving
• Reliability & punctuality
• Ability to coordinate multiple drivers & passengers at once

Duties Include:
• Answering incoming calls & texts
• Dispatching drivers efficiently
• Coordinating pickup/drop-off schedules
• Communicating with soldiers & drivers professionally
• Handling schedule changes quickly & accurately

Ideal Candidate:
• Organized & dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service minded
• Good with smartphones & messaging apps
• Previous dispatch, transportation, hospitality, military spouse, rideshare, hotel, or customer service experience is a plus

Remote/phone-based work may be available for the right candidate after training.
