This week, we're proud to recognize Enoch Guerrero, our Shop Manager in San Antonio, Texas!

For the past three years, Enoch has been a key part of the Kirk NationaLease team, providing leadership, support, and guidance to his shop while helping ensure our customers receive the quality service they depend on.

Before joining our team, Enoch proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard. The dedication, discipline, and commitment he developed through his military service continue to shine through in his leadership style and work ethic today.

Outside of work, Enoch's favorite role is being a dad. He and his wife stay busy raising their two little ones, and some of their favorite family activities include taking bike rides together and spending time at the park. Family is at the center of everything Enoch does, and that same care and commitment extend to the team he leads each day.

It's a milestone few people ever reach, and one that deserves to be celebrated.

On June 27, 2026, John Wearly will mark an incredible 50 years with Kirk NationaLease.

For five decades, John has been a part of our story helping shape our company, supporting our customers, mentoring teammates, and demonstrating what dedication, loyalty, and hard work truly look like.

When someone dedicates 50 years to a company, a simple "thank you" just doesn't seem big enough.

That's why we've proudly displayed giant tribute banners outside our Corporate Headquarters in Sidney, Ohio, honoring John Wearly's incredible 50-year career with Kirk NationaLease.

Over the next several weeks, we'll be sharing stories, memories, photos, and special tributes honoring John's remarkable career and the impact he has made on Kirk NationaLease and the countless people he has worked alongside.

🔧 Leadership in Action: Quarter 2 Manager Training 🔧

At Kirk NationaLease, we believe that great teams are built through continuous learning, collaboration, and a commitment to improvement.

This quarter, our managers came together for our Manager Training Class, a program led by managers, for managers. The focus of this session was Workflow Mastery: Streamlining Shop Processes, providing practical tools and strategies to help our leaders create more efficient, productive, and successful operations.

Throughout the day, participants explored topics including:
✅ Shop improvement processes
✅ Effective scheduling strategies
✅ Communication skills that drive results
✅ Identifying and overcoming workflow bottlenecks
✅ Accurate work estimating techniques
✅ Goal setting for individuals and teams
✅ Process improvement roundtable discussions

Of course, it wasn't all work and no play. Managers also competed in fun challenges and team-building activities that encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and a little friendly competition.

One of the things that makes this training special is that it leverages the knowledge and experience already within our organization. Our managers learn from one another, share best practices, and leave with new ideas they can immediately put into action.

Investing in our people is one of the most important investments we can make. When you combine talented individuals with effective processes, success follows, and that success ultimately benefits our customers, our teams, and our company as a whole.

Thank you to everyone who helped plan, present, and participate in another outstanding quarter of manager development. We’re excited to see these ideas put into action across our locations.

🔥 Winning Team Wednesday 🔥

This week, we're proud to recognize David Bohling, one of the rising stars in our Lima, Ohio shop!

David was a member of our very first apprenticeship class and has officially entered his second year in the program. Recently, he reached another major milestone by graduating from high school, and we were excited to celebrate the occasion with a little cake and recognition from the team!

Since joining the apprenticeship program, David has shown a strong commitment to learning and developing his skills. Every day, he's gaining valuable hands-on experience, building his technical knowledge, and taking steps toward becoming a highly skilled technician.

David is also working hard to build up his tool collection and is preparing to compete in our company-wide technician competition, a great opportunity to challenge himself and showcase how far he's come.

It's exciting to watch David grow both personally and professionally. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are exactly what make our apprenticeship program successful.

👏 Congratulations on your graduation, David! We're proud to have you on the team and look forward to watching your continued growth and success in the years ahead.
