Beautiful Blocks 2026 Home improvement applications are now available.

The program benefits residents of Scranton, Pittston, and Carbondale. Offering price matched grants for exterior home improvement projects ranging from sidewalks and porch repair to windows, doors, etc.

Dr. Dirt Construction LLC has enjoyed being a part of these programs in the past and is hopeful for another wonderful year of helping residents to beautify their homes.
