1) Arrange all ground transportation at beginning an end of trip (if needed).
2) Coordinate medical care between transferring facility, receiving facility, physicians, nurses, ground transport units if needed, and our in house medical director to assure appropriate care for your loved one.
3) If a family member is not traveling with us we will call and provide status updates, periodically along the trip, so you can be assured of the care and safety of your loved one.
4) If using an insurance company we will handle all approvals and coordination with them and the transferring facility. For your needs and convenience, we currently have bases in Florida and Wisconsin. Because of this we have the ability to provide our services throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico and Central America to assist transport your friends and family members to the level of care they need.
