Today was a particularly rewarding day that reaffirmed my passion for my job. I received a request to transport a gentleman in a wheelchair who had been waiting for five hours after his appointment. Witnessing the considerable pain he endured due to the prolonged wait was deeply distressing. As a driver for North Bay Med Transport LLC, my objective extends beyond merely conveying individuals from one location to another; it is to ensure they feel supported and secure. No individual should have to endure such an extended period of discomfort. I am relieved that I could ultimately provide transportation to his home, where he could rest and recuperate. ❤️
