The customer service and safety record we're known for begins with making sure everyone has the knowledge, tools, and training to do the job right when it counts. If our customers are going to trust us with their lives, we owe them the best-trained people in the industry.
Today two of our newest motorcoach operators, Kyshawn Smith and Gabby Camacho, joined by mechanic (and operator-in-training!) Kevin Sanderson and Senior operator Theresa Bitondo learned about the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and how to safely board and properly secure disabled passengers onboard one of our lift-equipped coaches. Each trainee both operates the lift and secures a wheelchair passenger AND rides the lift in a wheelchair to get a taste of what our disabled patrons experience.
