If you are riding to or from the airport with us this weekend through Monday, please keep an eye on flight status and current weather/road conditions. We will continue service as long as flights are coming in and going out of SAT and it is safe to drive.

Please check your pickup time to be sure you are allowing plenty of time to get to the airport, and consider building in extra time in case of inclement weather (traffic, decreased speeds, alternative routes).

If you want to change your pickup time or cancel a reservation, please go to SuperShuttle.com and find your reservation by confirmation number and last name. You can also call the reservation center during extended business hours at +1-800-258-3826.

If you wish to change your travel plans completely, most airlines will allow cancels and changes without penalty due to the possibility of extreme weather. If your plans change, please don't forget to cancel/change your airport ride.

For changes and cancellations we appeciate 24+ hour notice, but refunds will be given with 2+ hour notice.

Are you ready for the solar eclipse on Monday 4/8? There will be a lot of people in town from all over the world, extra traffic on the roads, and airport traffic, so please allow extra drive time wherever you are going. And don't forget to buy your eclipse safety goggles. This is a really cool and rare phenomenon that we get to experience. The last total eclipse in Texas was in the 1800s! So be safe, be prepared, and enjoy!
