The global coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting all our friends, families, businesses and our communities, we are facing a truly unprecedented time. During this unique situation I wanted to reach out and update you on how Unity Transportation is approaching this challenge.
Unity Transportation is open and available for our customers, partners and anyone that we can assist in these challenging times. Our team have always been agile, with dispatch personnel Working diligently from home. Our Chauffeurs do their jobs wherever they need to be at any given time, and with our software platform we are able to assist a wide territory. This agility puts us in a unique position to help you.
I want to make sure you know our availability and desire to help, while focusing on everyone being safe.
These times will present all of us with many challenges, the more stringent expectation of cleanliness is fully in effect in all our vehicles.
In closing we thank all our customers, partners and friends for their ability to come together, and we look forward to your continuing support of our communities. If you need something, please reach out to our team or myself. We are ready and willing to assist.

Little long (sorry)

Yesterday we were approached by one of our government contacts we do a lot of work for. Short story long ;o) we were asked if we would be able to supply a grocery and supply service for some of the government sponsored assisted living programs. After a meeting and coming up with a plan we are happy we have something coming in.
The result of this, it pushed us promote out Non-medical Emergency Division even more. (you may have received an invite to our page. This also set me thinking into an larger version for us to help.
I visited Costco Harmen’s and Smiths (Lehi) and arranged a non que deal with them ( We call them and let them know we are coming and we get to go in not meaning to jump the line but providing a service and trying to keep my staff that want to work working).
Here is how it will work for you guys.
1.Buy Thursday of each week email us your shopping list with your contact number and address. ( Min of 10 independent orders no restriction on how large or small the order)
2. We will go out on Friday morning and shop for you. (We can not guarantee we can get everything as stocks may be out).
3. Friday afternoon / Saturday morning (according to demand) we will deliver your weekly supplies.
A flat fee of $ 15.00 would be invoiced for the service after delivery.
I know you have options for this with the big ride share companies eats and dash etc. But We are simply reaching out for you to support your locale small business.
