Misty Moon Transport 2, a trucking company contracted with FedEx Ground, is currently hiring a safe and reliable Class-A CDL Spot driver.

This role involves transporting trailers from the FedEx Ground terminal in S**o, Maine to various local destinations and returning to the S**o, Maine terminal multiple times throughout the day.

Required Driver Qualifications:

*Prefer 2 recent years of verifiable safe driving experience but will accept 12 full months of safe Class-A driving experience.
*Must have clean criminal background and pass background check, submit to pre-employment drug screening, and have current DOT physical card
*MVR with no violations

Schedule:

* Monday thru Friday - Roughly 1 pm to 7pm
* Location starts from S**o, Maine

Responsibilities

*Operate and drive a Class A CDL truck, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
*Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
*Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
*Navigate routes effectively, adapting to changing conditions and ensuring timely deliveries.
*Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Misty Moon Transport 2 a FedEx Ground contractor is seeking to hire a safe local Part-time and Full-Time Class-A CDL linehaul driver with doubles endorsements.

This opportunity is for a CDL A driver to operate runs originating in S**o and Biddeford, Maine and going to Connecticut.

You will return to the Maine terminal every day.

No loading or unloading!

REQUIRED DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

* Prefer 2 recent years of verifiable safe driving experience but will accept 12 full months of safe Class-A driving experience.
* Doubles endorsement required
* Must have clean criminal background and pass background check, submit to pre-employment drug screening, and have current DOT physical card
* MVR with no violations within the past 2 years
* Verifiable past employment (10 years)
* Must be physically able to assemble and break down doubles

COMPENSATION

* 0.75 per mile
* Holiday Bonus Pay

Job Description
Pickup and Delivery Driver

Misty Moon Transport 2 is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is looking for full-time delivery drivers to work out of our terminal in S**o, Maine.

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

We are dedicated to providing the tools and technologies to help our drivers succeed and are looking for dependable and motivated drivers who are interested in a career position.

Responsibilities:

*Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
*Follow routes and time schedule
*Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
*Complete logs and reports
*Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

*21+ years old
*Minimum of 1-year professional driving experience within the last 3 years. CDL is NOT required, and any professional driving experience can qualify. (Driving experience must be able to be verifiable).
*Valid driver's license and clean driving record, pass criminal background check
*Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen (including ma*****na)
*Good communication, customer service, and decision-making skills
*Ability to handle up to 150 pounds
