Partees in the Pines is no longer in The Pines of NC. We’ve moved north and are going to change our business and plans a bit.
The goal is to get non profit status and it’s time for us to give back to those that need help.
I have been through a life-changing event during my travels this summer, but it’s made me realize how truly blessed my life has been.
The goal and the business model is simple. We need to raise $20,000 in start up capital. I have already secured a 12 passenger vehicle with a wheelchair lift. I also have my personal seven passenger minivan, which will become a business vehicle. The startup money will be used to secure at least a five passenger four-wheel-drive vehicle for some of the rough mountain terrain and the brutal winters here in Vermont. The business plan is to provide safe rides home for paying Clientele during specific nights of the week acting as a designated driver. We will be able to handle up to six passengers in the minivan and 12 passengers in the wheelchair accessible van, as well as handle special rides for advance booking.  the majority of these rides will be paid for by the customers and money used to support and cover weekly and monthly operating costs, maintenance of vehicles and insurance. The startup money is needed to secure the used four-wheel-drive 5 to 7 passenger vehicle for inclement weather, rough terrain roads, advertising start up costs and wraps for the vehicles.
How we will give back:
Vermont designated driver and charter rides will never leave anyone behind or let someone who’s had a little too much get behind the wheel because they don’t want to pay for a ride. We will get them home safe. During the daytime hours we plan to give back to our local community And those less fortunate by helping with grocery runs. Pharmacy runs taking people picking them up to and from doctors appointments, healthcare and the service will be provided to the elderly and the disabled on a donation only program with no charges necessary. Our goal is to support our local community of Royalton South Royalton Bethel and Randolph, but we also plan to provide as much service as we can to the areas located between Lebanon, New Hampshire and Montpelier, Vermont. Servicing all the small communities with no taxi or driving resources available.
