The Northfield family is coming together to support one of our longtime team members during an incredibly difficult time. His 2-year-old daughter has recently been diagnosed with leukemia, and as he focuses on caring for his little girl and supporting his family through treatment, we want to help ease some of the burden.

Northfield is establishing a fund to provide financial assistance and support for the family during this challenging journey. Jennifer Hewett in payroll will be handling all collections and distributions to the family.

If you are able to contribute, or simply keep their family in your thoughts and prayers, it would mean more than words can express. Thank you for showing the strength and compassion of the Northfield family. ❤️

Today we recognize Michelle Paddock for her incredible 20-year anniversary with Northfield Trucking Company, Inc.

Michelle has been our Safety Director for two decades, but to us she’s much more than a title. She’s been a steady presence, someone who truly cares about the people behind the wheel, and someone who always puts safety and others first. Her dedication has helped shape the culture here in a real way.

We’re grateful for the years of hard work, the long days, the tough calls, and everything she’s done to keep our team protected and supported.

The annual International Roadcheck is set for May 12–14, 2026, with a focus this year on cargo securement and ELD compliance.

Make sure your loads are properly secured, equipment is in good condition, and logs are accurate and up to date. Let’s stay safe, compliant, and keep rolling without delays.
