April is National Distracted Driver Awareness Month.

Our drivers don’t just move loads. They set the tone for safety on the road.

Every safe decision matters. Staying off the phone. Keeping both hands ready. Staying alert in busy yards and on open highways.

The public sees our trucks. More importantly, they see how we operate them.

And what they see is professionalism, awareness, and respect for the road.

That’s something to be proud of.

Renville showed up!

Last week, Team Green came together to wrap up another sugar beet campaign and take a minute to celebrate what we accomplished as a team.

We recognized some standout performances:
• Highest Driver Productivity - Scott Flann
• Most Logged Hours - Mohammed Sahal
• Best Loader TPH - Albert Rosemeier
• Loss Free YOS - Daniel Thorson 19 Years Loss Free
And we recognized some incredible milestones:
• 1 Million Miles: Brad Po**en and Randy Alderman
• 20 Years of Service: Brad Po**en

We also had some fun along the way with door prizes, including Transystems swag, a TV, and a griddle. But more than anything, it was about getting everyone in the same room, catching up, and appreciating the work that goes into a season like this.

To our entire Renville team - Thank You! The commitment and the way you show up every day does not go unnoticed. This is what a strong team looks like, and we’re proud of each of you.

Michael Burch started with Transystems through our Paid CDL Training program and is now a Sub-Supervisor at our Renville Project.

“Driving a truck was always something I wanted to do, so having the opportunity to get the proper training and then actually work for a company right away was amazing. It was very in-depth training and an awesome experience.”

From day one to leading on the job site, Michael has continued to step up and take on more.
