Parenting on cargo e-bike in the Bay Area:
- leave work in Redwood City at 4.30, e-bike sprint to Mountain View for French camp pick-up at 4.58 💪🏋️
- catch 5.01 Caltrain northbound 💺🚇
- realize Limited train doesn’t stop at Belmont 😱
- get off at Redwood City, e-bike sprint to Belmont 💪🏋️
- drop off kiddo at Singapore Math at 5.34 ( 4 mins late)
- Cruise on e-bike to Trader Joe in San Carlos to get the shopping done (throttle mode, got enough exercise for the day at this point)
- back to Belmont to pick up kiddo at 6.30
- Ride back home to Redwood City for dinner!

It’s officially faster to e-bike Redwood City -> MV at rush hour. Also it’s 100% predictable, depends only on you - so you avoid being late for camp pick-up!
