RABA Salute to Veterans

The RABA Salute to Veterans Event is a donation event to provide free transit rides to local veterans

Make a cash/check donation at the event or a tax-deductible credit card donation via the Shasta Regional Community Foundation (www.shastarcf.org/funds/raba-salute-to-veterans-special-project-fund). Donations will be used to purchase RABA Punchcards and RABA will provide a 50 percent match to all donations received. The RABA Punchcards will be distributed by the Shasta County Veterans Service Office to local veterans in need of affordable transportation.

📢 Second Hotel Shuttle Added for Ironman Weekend!

Heading to Ironman 70.3 weekend in Redding? RABA has you covered!

We're providing FREE shuttle service Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16, connecting Downtown Redding, Hotels along Hilltop Drive, and the Sundial Bridge. It’s an easy way to get to Ironman events while enjoying downtown restaurants, shops, and attractions along the way!

🅿️ Free parking is available at the RABA Downtown Passenger Parking Lot at 1346 California Street.

📍 Shuttle 1 will run between Gate 12 at the RABA Downtown Passenger Terminal and the Sundial Bridge Parking Lot. Just look for the blue shuttle flags and A-frame signs!

📍Shuttle 2 will stop at 3 locations along Hilltop Drive and connect those staying in town with the Sundial Bridge Parking Lot.

Shuttle Hours:
Friday, Aug. 14: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 15: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 16: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Route 15 will be replaced with East Redding Runabout and Urban Redding Runabout Zones.

RABA will hold two public hearings on Monday, June 15, to gather public input on proposed changes to Routes 4, 15, and 44X, as well as proposed updates to RABA fare policy.
