NEW OTR CDL-A CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities
* Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations (ELD)
* Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure
* Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations
* Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
* Operating a vehicle safely, efficiently and legally
* We are only offering OTR positions at this time.
* Hauling general freight
* Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

Benefits
* $1,800 gross total weekly avg. pay
* 2,250 - 2,750 avg. miles per week
* Drivers on this fleet can expect top pay and bi-weekly home time for 34hr reset
* No Driver Load / Unload
* Paid Time Off 2 weeks max
* Get paid weekly

Qualification
* Valid CDL-A
* Minimum 2-year experience.
* Must have a satisfactory CSA score driving record,

Vanguard trucking LLC is looking for a dependable OTR driver. Can have loads routed to home whenever needed, very flexible. We value our drivers greatly and treat their service with the greatest respect.
COMPENSATION:
Full-Time Employee
$1,600 -$1,900 Weekly on average
Percent per load (19% - 23%) -based on experience (or $0.50 to $0.55 cpm, which ever allows driver to earn more)
Weekly ON TIME pay and direct deposit
Holiday pay after 1 year for 6 major holidays
Vacation pay of 5 days after 1 year of service
Vacation pay of 10 days after 2+ years of service
Service Layover and Detention pay (Layover = $50 after 12 hours and $100 paid each 24 hour period following the first 12 hours) $144 max payout per down time.
Breakdown pay ($100 paid for each 24 hour period following the first 12 hours.)

2014 Freightliner Cascadia 125 - 10 SPEED MANUAL
2009 Great Dane Dry Van 53" swing doors.
