Our Story

Hello Company Drivers, My name is Scott Arnold. I am the owner and president of JMSA Trucking, Inc. We are a small but growing company with our own operating authority, which means we can haul freight for everyone from Load One to Bounce, Fed Ex, etc. We are located in Pontiac, IL (about 100 miles south of Chicago). Our fleet currently consists of 9 straight trucks, all 22 or 24 foot. All but one are Freightliner Cascadias, the other is a Western Star. We have two 2017 and the rest are 2015 and 2016. The trucks are equipped with APU, microwave, TV, refrigerator, small freezer, phone, I-pad and Sirius XM Radio. We are currently looking for owner operators to join our team; our authority, insurance and fleet locater are very reasonable. Split is 75-25 split and you take care of your own insurance, preventive maintenance, repairs and tolls. The company pays for fuel, preventive maintenance, repairs, and tolls. Only out of pocket expense would be your food and personal items. Starting pay varies based on experience. We are looking for Company Drivers who may have a co-driver, or are willing to team with one of our current lead drivers. We are also looking for TEAMS to join us! We have teams in all of our trucks and each truck average 5000 miles a week. $2500 sign on bonus for joining our team, 40¢ per paid loaded miles, 15¢ for your DH + $100 a week for 25 weeks. After driving for our company for 12 weeks your pay will increase to 45¢ per paid loaded mile. We are currently looking to hire seasoned teams with more than two years experience to drive in our trucks. Husband and wife teams or just a couple who understand OTR trucking and have plenty of experience together.
