"The Cargo Van Business is Dead" is something people say when they are bad at it and have no strategy.

The global logistics industry is valued at $9.4 trillion to over $11 trillion annually.

You can strategically make $100k with one van and No CDL.

The Cargo Van Business has A-LOT OF MONEY!

You need to realize that no union, no government intervention, and no Facebook group is coming to fundamentally save your business. While community support is valuable, ultimately, your success hinges on Your Own strategic decisions and actions. Nobody is coming to save you; you must save yourself.

Complaining about brokers in Facebook groups is ultimately unproductive. While venting can be beneficial, it doesn’t change your bottom line.

Do this instead:

• Learn how to market your services directly: Take control of your client acquisition by showcasing your unique value proposition.
• Understand your true operating costs: Accurately calculate your expenses to identify your minimum profitable rate and avoid losing money on every mile.
• Build a network of reliable clients: Cultivate long-term relationships that offer consistent, fair-paying work, reducing your dependence on volatile spot markets.

These actions are all you truly need to transform your business.
