2025 was a defining year for Craft. In the years ahead, it will be remembered as the moment our trajectory shifted, and the foundation for a true transformation was set.
We began the year by bidding farewell to our G-IV fleet and refocusing our full energy and resources on the Challenger platform. Shortly thereafter, we launched our 721 exchange fund, fundamentally reshaping how Craft operates and how investors seamlessly combine ownership with private travel.
That momentum continued with the delivery of our first fund owned aircraft, a Challenger 350, marking the start of a new phase of fleet expansion. Following intense effort toward the end of 2025, a second Challenger 350 is imminent, with additional aircraft to follow.
Throughout the year, we also strengthened the Craft experience across the board. We introduced our new callsign, “AirPod, aligning operations with the Pod brand while simplifying communications. Starlink connectivity was installed across the entire fleet to elevate the in-flight experience. We significantly expanded our in-house maintenance team, enhancing both operational readiness and reliability. At the same time, we welcomed many new team members, both in our offices and in our cockpits, building a strong, aligned organization positioned for long-term growth.
From a performance standpoint, we nearly matched our 2024 operational numbers despite flying a considerably smaller fleet.
With the G-IVs behind us, we proved our ability to do more with less. Looking ahead to 2026, we expect substantial growth in the number of guests we can serve and are excited to continue delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Here’s to 2026, and everything ahead.
