We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Merit Trucking team. The maintenance manager is in charge of managing the maintenance team, to ensure diesel trucks and trailers are kept in top shape, and repairs/service are completed in a timely, cost efficient manner.

Qualities Needed:

Previous experience as a trucking maintenance manager
Have a thorough understand of DOT maintenance and documentation requirements
Have own tools
Positive, get it done attitude
Great people skills-you will be working with dispatch, speaking to the drivers, mechanics and vendors
Great organizational skills
