πŸ‘”πŸ’™ Happy Father's Day! πŸ’™πŸ‘”

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who make a lasting impact on the lives of those around them. Thank you for your guidance, strength, sacrifice, and unwavering support.

As we celebrate Father's Day, we're also recognizing National Men's Health Week and encouraging men to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Regular checkups, healthy habits, stress management, and preventive care can make a meaningful difference in overall health and quality of life.

Taking care of yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give to those who depend on you.

Happy Father's Day!

❀️ June is CPR & AED Awareness Month ❀️

Knowing how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can help save a life during a cardiac emergency.

When cardiac arrest occurs, every second counts. Immediate CPR and early defibrillation can significantly improve a person's chance of survival.

Consider taking a CPR class, refreshing your skills, or learning where AEDs are located in your workplace, school, and community.

You never know when you may be someone's best chance at survival.
