Yes Yes Deliver — the fast-growing on-demand delivery company serving Rockland County & the Hudson Valley — is hiring a Grant & Funding Specialist to help us secure local, state, federal, and corporate grant opportunities as we scale.
This is a performance-based role with commission or equity compensation (your choice).
💰 Compensation (Choose Your Path)
Commission-Based:
5% – 7.5% commission on awarded grants
(higher percentage for grants you fully research + write + submit)
Equity-Based:
0.05% – 0.25% equity, based on experience & contribution
This is ideal for someone confident in their ability to win grants and earn high upside.
📌 Responsibilities
As our Grant & Funding Specialist, you will: Identify local, state, federal, and corporate grant opportunities
Write compelling, high-quality applications
Submit proposals ahead of deadlines
Track all submissions and manage follow-up
Maintain compliance and reporting for any awarded grants
Build & maintain a grant calendar and pipeline
Deliver weekly updates to the Yes Yes Deliver leadership team
