We are having an excellent experience with Haul It A Day. The delivery was within the described window, and when I needed additional time beyond the week I scheduled it for, I was told it was no problem and I had two weeks included already and the pick up date was moved. I was shown how to operate the door to make sure it stays secure and safe and given tips about loading to maximize space. I had a couple of questions that were quickly answered on the spot as well. The cost of everything was clear and there were no surprises when I went to checkout online unlike many other places.

My experience was great! Great service, explained everything, picked up quickly after complete, very satisfied.

Had a last min project come up. Was able to drop a dumpster the same day I called. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend. Will be using again next month!!!

I'm clearing out a house that was inherited and has been packed full since the late 70s - I've already loaded 2 "mini" dumpsters and 2 bagsters last year alone and now I'm so happy I've found HIAD! Here's why I'll use HIAD again, over the other local dumpster company I used last year:1. HIAD dumpster was twice the size at the same base fee.2. HIAD allowed me to keep the dumpster longer which allowed me to clear out the junk on my preferred timeline rather than bust my behind over one weekend.3. HIAD were careful and precise when placing the dumpster on my driveway and ensuring there were boards underneath to protect the asphalt.4. HIAD charges you the full fee for the dumpster, including taxes, up front. Most other companies add on the taxes after your initial base fee, which can be super confusing if you've never rented a dumpster before and didn't realize how much tax was being added to your total.HIAD's service exceeded my expectations and I will use them again next time I rent a dumpster. Thanks, Adrian!
