Following two public hearings, the North Bend City Council voted unanimously to approve the 2027-2032 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) this week.

The TIP lays out a short-range, six-year plan for improving and maintaining our multi-modal transportation infrastructure. It prioritizes projects by need and availability of funds. All cities, towns, and counties are required to develop and adopt a Six-Year TIP.

A few highlights include:

✔ The SR 202 shared-use path and pedestrian bridge over the South Fork Snoqualmie River
✔ The Tanner Trail Phases 2 and 3
✔ The North Bend Way/Mt. Si Road Roundabout
