Door to door means the driver comes to the door. Not a text saying he is outside. He helps through the building and settles the passenger at the other end. That is the part a car service does not do.

Weekend appointments and weekend discharges happen. We run seven days a week, and a real dispatcher answers at any hour — not an answering service, not a voicemail box.
