Please join us in congratulating Rogelio Navarro, our Tennessee Steel Haulers Owner Operator of the Month!

Rogelio's dedication, perseverance, and commitment to his family are evident both on and off the road. Whether he's listening to music and podcasts while driving or keeping a special reminder of home close by with his son's teddy bear in the truck, he brings focus and purpose to every mile.

One of Rogelio's most memorable experiences during his time with TSH wasn't a load at all. It was being able to join his family for a long-planned vacation to Orlando after initially thinking he wouldn't be able to make the trip. In the end, everything worked out, and he was able to enjoy that time together with the people who matter most.

When he's away from work, Rogelio enjoys spending time with his family and going out to eat, making the most of every opportunity to be together.

His advice to fellow owner operators is simple but valuable:

"Study your route before you leave."

When asked what he values most about being part of TSH, Rogelio shared that it gives him the opportunity to grow personally by doing what he loves while providing the financial means to support his family.
