Shake & Bake Logistics is growing and we're looking to hire motivated team members to help us excel. Each driver will have the flexibility to control their own loads, locations, and schedule. We're partnered with Landstar Systems and you'll have access to their trailers, load boards, and resources at no cost to yourself.

Each driver will be paid 75% of their truck's profit. This gives our drivers one of the highest comparative pay rates in the industry and a high level of control over their earnings amount and timing.

We're looking for drivers that have a minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience with a clean driving record. We put our drivers first and make sure that you have the right tools and time to do your job with the highest levels of excellence.
