We had another milestone last week here at King’s Kid Express, LLC. We hauled our first two perimeter loads last Friday and Saturday. Check out these furnaces coming out of the Columbia Machine Works, Inc shop. These were very, very cool pieces that they trusted us to get to Russellville, KY. We had to get some more footage.

We have had several milestones here at King’s Kid Express, LLC in the last year and a half or so. These loads will always be special for us. Two furnace bases 18’ 6” wide, 12 total escorts, and one satisfied customer. We had to get some footage 😃

We are hiring! If you are interested please message us. We are looking at a couple positions needing filled. We are needing to hire 3 lowboy drivers and someone to do our maintenance on our equipment.

For the lowboy drivers, here are our expectations:

60+ hours per week, OT after 40 hours
Saturdays are required (if needed)
Good attitude
Customer care is a MUST
Attention to detail
Load/unload equipment
Verifiable experience

For the Equipment maintenance, here are our expectations:

Good attitude
Attention to detail
General maintenance knowledge (we aren’t needing to build any diesel engines)
Able to unmount, mount, and patch tires
Ability to keep a grease schedule
Electrical wiring
Welding is a plus
Pm services
Organization is a must (tools and paperwork)

Tyler headed out this morning after getting everything set up yesterday. He got dropped off safely in East Chicago, IN with our first ever beam load this afternoon! As always, we are so thankful for our team and all the hard work they do. This being our first experience with our new trailer, it took a full day and four of us to get it setup, but we got it done. We can’t wait to continue on to the next one!

Well, tomorrow will be another special day for our company. We will be hauling our first beam trailer load. This is another recent addition to our fleet with the main objective being: expand our versatility in the industry. We are very thankful for companies that are willing to work with us to get to use this specialized setup. We hope that this will be the start of some great things for us.
