He towed the truck and trailer back up into West Virginia to the nearest dealer. Then went above and beyond by getting a truck from the dealer to stage the loaded trailer where the other driver could get it after the shop closed.

Well... I guess this is how the week has started... they have to hook the computer up to do a diagnostic. But so far it seems that the sending unit on the DEF tank has gone bad. The truck thinks there is no DEF so it won't allow the truck to start. If that is the problem it is under warranty. If not...
