Company History

In 2007, Royal Transportation launched a non-emergency transportation concept with the opening of its Minneapolis, Minnesota operation. Today, Royal is the premier non-emergency transportation service in Minnesota, providing door-to-door service for over 1000 client members per month. Currently, Royal provides transportation service to and from hospitals, clinics, in 10 counties a

nd has five distinctive vans on the road. Our ability to interface with our client ride request system and dispatch system has made it possible for us to serve customers in different geographic area. Customers enjoy personal care along with the assurance that they will reach their destinations on time. At Royal, we strive to maintain our founding principles of quality, superb passenger service, responsiveness, reliability and passenger safety. As we add new cities and grow each year, we are committed to improving the availability and quality of non-emergency ambulatory transportation in Minnesota.
